Philippine Long Distance Company (PLDT) Caller ID Is Not Reliable

One Friday morning, someone called and yelled at me just to tell me i have been calling them for how many times already. I told them i have not and did not since i have not placed any phones calls that day. They told me they have a caller id and the number that was registered is our number. I called PLDT after that conversation on the phone, and they told me that a third party cross line had occurred. As you can see, someone had called them but my number got registered. This might cause a lot of trouble if not address immediately. I could be accused of disturbance to others even if i am not the one doing it. Well, that's what you called service here in the Philippines.
